Each year the Carolinas Electronic Representatives Association awards three scholarships. To raise these funds, CERA hosts a Disty/Rep bowling tournament at AMF Pleasant Valley Lanes in Raleigh, NC. On Wednesday, May 3, 2017, the Pinnacle Team competed in this fun event helping support the CERA Scholarship Fund. This year’s team consisted of Perry Thornton, Bob Stenhouse and Heather Heath.
Participation in this tournament makes it possible for the CERA to be able to sponsor $3000 in scholarships to a DTAM participating distributor employee or their dependent & a CERA member rep employee or their dependent (high school senior or in college). $1000 scholarships are awarded to one distributor & one rep (selected by lottery drawing). All rep & distributor entries are then combined to select the 3rd award.
Distributor Bowling Champs and Rep Bowler of the Year will be announced on Monday, May 8th. Bob, our PMI resident bowling champion, greatly assisted in keeping our team average as close to par as possible. From gutter balls to a turkey and even the hand jive, it was a good time had by all at this annual event!
